Big ideas are what we thrive on.

Making them your reality is what we do.

Many businesses and organizations are not aware of available funding opportunities. Worse, many do not collect the funding owed to them.

With experience across economic development, community revitalization, and healthcare sectors, iSER draws on a vast network of trusted relationships in critical fields.

iSER creates comprehensive capital strategies, secures funds and incentives, and manages those projects to completion so clients receive every dollar awarded and position themselves for future opportunity and growth.

Are you outgrowing your facility as your workforce expands?

Are you aware of federal, state, and local incentives available for expansion?

Can you write successful incentive and grant applications to bridge financing gaps?

Through project readiness analysis, grant writing and incentive development, strategic planning and research, and perception and feasibility studies, we’ll help envision your entire project from the starting line.

PROJECT & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Are you aware of the complex reporting necessary to receive your award?

Do you have staff dedicated to develop and complete reporting?

Is prompt incentive disbursement important to your bottom line?

Awarded funds are often never released because their projects were not properly documented or completed, while many viable projects go unfunded, never taking advantage of the opportunities available.
